| VENUS
Photomontage, 2012 - Completely naked - fragmented - reborn like Venus, however, with cracks and scars This is a poetic exploration of our bodies, our femininity, the presentation, and of getting involved. Out of three nudes we created a new expression of classical beauty, without retouching, and being confronted with our imperfections. AT Barbara Klampfl, born in 1972. Studies: Maryland Institute of Art (USA). Currently working in various areas: painting, objects, installations, conceptual art, performances. Member of APPA (Lower Austria), Intakt (Vienna), Le genie de la Bastille (Paris). University teaching position at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna in sommer 2011. Gisela Reimer, MA: lives and works in Vienna and Lower Austria. Degree from University of Applied Arts (Prof. Sepp Auer, Prof. Richard Deacon, Prof. Marien Shouten, Prof. Brigitte Kowanz), 1999.
